FSC are always looking for new ways to support our team and live our People First values every day.
We’ve updated our Compassionate Leave Policy to be more inclusive and reflective of real life, to include anyone that’s important to our employees. Previously, compassionate leave at FSC was limited to the government definition, immediate family and household members only. We have now extended this support to include anyone who is significant to our employees and trust they will make the right call - whether that’s a close friend, extended family member, colleague, or any person whose illness or passing has a meaningful impact on them.
This change reflects who we are as a team, and we trust it will support our people in difficult times.
