FSC was engaged as superintendent for the delivery of three access ramps in Patterson River. FSC helped guide DEECA through discrepancies in contract documentation and worked closely with the Contractor and Designer to align on design intent. Through variation in contract documentation came variation in pricing, and FSC ensured pricing updates were transparent and fair to both parties. Our engagement in the project limited stand-down time and led to the timely delivery of this essential community infrastructure.
