Breakwater Pier Design Advice

Breakwater Pier is not currently in use other than for short term layup of port tugs between servicing commercial vessels, and ad-hoc use by Port of Melbourne contractors. No change to this use is forecasted, hence Port of Melbourne are adopting a 'keep safe' minimal maintenance approach to Breakwater Pier. FSC's scope was to conduct a load rating and determine repairs to ensure a 5-year life extension of the structure.
