FSC undertook an above-water condition assessment of the southern side of North Wharf which has been decommissioned and partially demolished, with further development anticipated in the next 5 years. The FSC team assessed the condition of the structure to inform both short- and long-term planning, including any immediate actions to ensure the structure is made safe and limit the risk of uncontrolled collapse or detachment.
