FSC was engaged to develop the design of St Leonards boating facility upgrade from concept through to detailed design, a project of high significance to the community. The scope of works included a functional review of the existing landside and waterside infrastructure, the development of various concept designs, and detailed design drawings. The project involved engagement with the community and other stakeholders, as well as obtaining relevant statutory and regulatory approvals.
