M80 Northern Upgrade
The M80 Northern added new lanes between Sydney Road and Edgars Road, a smart freeway lane management system, and new on- and off-ramps.
Despite COVID impacts and multiple packages needing to be completed simultaneously, FSC was able to assist to complete works ahead of program and achieved all inspection KPIs.
Gippsland Line Upgrade
The Gippsland Line upgrade improved train services between Melbourne and Bairnsdale through level crossing upgrades, track duplications, additional platforms and overpasses, and modifying stations, car parks and pedestrian access.
FSC quickly gained an understanding of the project’s large footprint and numerous work areas, rapidly responding to urgent occupation-related RFIs. We used our constructability expertise to assess constructability issues and assist designers develop practical and cost effective solutions.
