Niall Keown

Niall is a civil engineer with over 18 years of experience managing complex infrastructure and building projects across Australia, Ireland and the UK. As the leader of FSC’s New South Wales and Queensland offices, he brings hands-on experience across all stages of the project lifecycle, from bid management and procurement to delivery and commissioning.

Niall’s collaborative leadership and commercial insight have supported the safe and under-budget completion of major projects including the $180 million Western Roads Upgrade and Merri Creek Main Sewer Rehabilitation. He is known for his strong focus on safety, quality and stakeholder engagement.
