Susannah Menich

Senior Environmental Advisor

As a Senior Environmental Advisor at FSC, Susannah brings strong leadership and technical expertise to complex infrastructure and restoration projects. Her experience spans major works including the North East Link, data centre developments, and most currently the VMFRP floodplain restoration project. She drives environmental compliance while balancing sensitive stakeholder relationships, including cultural heritage representatives, community groups, Parks Victoria and local councils.

Known for her collaborative approach, Susannah effectively manages contractors on site to deliver practical, responsible environmental outcomes. Susannah leads FSC’s grad program, lending her considerable expertise and care to guide the next generation of FSC engineers.
