Suburban Rail Loop East Work Package C

SRL East is a 26-kilometre underground metro line from Cheltenham to Box Hill comprising six stations. It will connect major employment, health, education and retail destinations in Melbourne’s east, including new interchanges at existing stations and new stations at Monash and Burwood. Work Package C involves tunnelling for a 16-kilometre section between Cheltenham and Glen Waverley, constructing cross passages, and excavating the Clayton and Monash station boxes.
