Suburban Rail Loop East Work Package C
SRL East is a 26-kilometre underground metro line from Cheltenham to Box Hill comprising six stations. It will connect major employment, health, education and retail destinations in Melbourne’s east, including new interchanges at existing stations and new stations at Monash and Burwood. Work Package C involves tunnelling for a 16-kilometre section between Cheltenham and Glen Waverley, constructing cross passages, and excavating the Clayton and Monash station boxes.

- FSC serves as the environmental consultant for the project, offering comprehensive project advisory services
- FSC played a crucial role in developing customized environmental management plans (CEMP, Construction Noise and Vibration Management Plans, etc.)
- Leveraging our extensive tier 1 construction experience, we ensured compliance with EPR, contractual, and legislative requirements, achieving environmental best practice outcomes
- The process involved managing thorough reviews by various stakeholders, including CPB, SRLA, Independent Environmental Auditor, EPA Victoria, Melbourne Water, and local councils
- CC01 Site Lead at the SSY Precinct - preparation of the CEMP and review and update of the WEMP for the scope
- Utilities Scope Lead across the SSY, CLA and MSH precincts - preparation of the CEMP and review and update of the WEMP for the scope
- EPR Compliance Support - prepared registers to track compliance, audit actions, project obligations and plan reviews
- CTM scope design report reviews
