SEPA aims to deliver level crossing removal projects in a collaborative contracting environment that ensures value for money for the Victorian Government.
FSC’s team led the construction planning and engineering design in the development stages of the project and continued to manage the design through to completion. FSC acted as the environmental advisor and consultant on seven of SEPA’s completed projects. FSC also undertook the role of utilities design coordinator overseeing a team of designers to deliver 14 separate water and sewer design packages.
