- Overseeing close-out of work-lots, defects and contracts
Achievements
- Despite COVID impacts and multiple packages needing to be completed simultaneously, FSC completed works ahead of program and achieved all inspection KPIs
- Traffic management minimised disruption to public while maintaining traffic volumes
- No delays to the public during traffic switching campaigns
- Gained approval to reduce earthworks testing frequency, reducing costs and potential delays
- All work-lots closed-out before scheduled finish date
